You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). See our return process instructions for more information.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
$6.95 Flat Rate Shipping, Free Over $70 in the Contiguous United States
We offer $6.95 flat rate ground shipping on all orders shipping within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and territories). When you choose $6.95 flat rate shipping we will ship the most cost effective way but will make sure you receive your order within the time of transit we discuss below. Sometimes that means shipping via the post office which lacks the tracking details offered by UPS. If you prefer detailed tracking information, we suggest you choose UPS as your shipping option.
Orders over $70 (excluding sales tax) ship free within the contiguous United States.
How do you ship?
All orders ship from our warehouse located in Leander, Texas (Austin, Texas region). We ship UPS Ground and USPS for domestic orders within the United States and Puerto Rico. We ship to Canada and Mexico via UPS Standard and USPS. Sorry, we can't ship UPS to P.O. Box addresses.
To get a quote prior to checking out, view the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart (click on "Go to Shopping Cart" link) . There you will be able to enter your zip code to get a quote.
Where do you Ship to?
We ship orders destined for Canada and Mexico by way of UPS Standard and USPS if available. Customer will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes when applicable. Failure to pay duties and taxes will result in the order being returned to us. If your order is returned, we will refund you for the cost of the order less any return transit shipping charges.
Please note that your order will typically require a 5-7 business day transit time but may be longer due to customs clearance which we have no control over.
We are centrally located in Texas so transit times are 3-4 business days for the majority of the United States. Most orders will ship out within 24 hours of receipt. We do our best to ship out the same day if orders are received by 1 pm CST. Weekend orders will ship out within 24 hours of the next business day (excluding federal holidays).
Expect an 5-7 business days for orders shipping to Canada and Mexico. Additional delays due to customs entry should be considered a possibility and something we have no control over.
No Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping because some products are restricted from shipping by air. The good news is that most orders arrive within 3 business days of shipping.
HAZMAT SHIPPING RESTRICTION to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Unfortunately, aerosols and flammable products are considered hazardous and are limited to being shipped within the 48 lower United States. If you include a product(s) restricted by international shipping laws, the product(s) will be removed from your order and you will be refunded for the value of the products. Keep in mind that any changes to your order will create a delay in processing. Please adhere to all shipping warnings on product pages to avoid any delays with your order.
